Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your appointment or reservation. To ensure a smooth process for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation with 24 Hours' Notice:
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any fees, and any deposits paid will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or do not show up, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
• For appointments requiring a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
3. How to Cancel:
• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us.
• Ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation to avoid any misunderstandings.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
• We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
